Paper submission and review

Submission and review of all papers will be handled via the Web-based Conference Management Tool (WCMT). You need to "Register" with WCMT to submit your paper. Your personal information will be used only for this conference purposes.

Papers will be subject to two-phase review process. First, paper abstracts (maximum 1000 words) will be submitted and reviewed by the conference chairs. Abstracts will be screened with respect to relevance to the Symposium and appropriateness to the organized sessions. Upon abstract acceptance, authors will be invited to submit their full papers.

The second step is to submit a full paper (approximately 12 pages). Full papers will be reviewed for scientific excellence and innovation by at least two members of the Program committee.

Paper template

Papers submitted for the conference should be between 12-14 pages long, formatted according to the Springer guidelines and template and be in a camera-ready state.

Due to Springer specifications papers need to be submitted as Word documents (.doc file). A document template has been prepared by Springer for use with Word 2000 or 2003. Predefined style formats are available for all the necessary structures that are supposed to be part of the manuscript, and these formats can be quickly accessed via hotkeys or special toolbars.

Full papers need to be uploaded on WCMT (see paper upload function). Papers will then be subject to a review (and revision) process.
